Beware the bogus phone call:

We are hearing more and more about customers getting caught by people pretending to be official Microsoft Employees,

advising via phone that they are aware of problems on your computer.

After a very convincing pre-amble they ask for access to your computer remotely to help fix the problems,

once allowed into your computer they can look,copy,steal your identity account information etc.

DO  NOT LET THEM IN.

 Advise them that you are interested but it is inconvenient to talk at present, ask for their phone number.

Then hang up, give the number to your local

Trading Standards Office.
